  • Understanding Immunization: A Decision Making Toolkit for First Nations Parents:
    Provides the facts about infectious diseases and vaccines so that parents can make an informed decision regarding vaccination for their children.

  • Language Revitalization Toolkit:
    Gives background information on language revitalization and provides tips for recording and documenting First Nation languages, and teaching languages to adults, children, and youth. It will be available on the FNC website in April.

New additions to the Métis Centre statistical database
Additions include more than 1,000 new tables and graphs drawn from the 2006 Aboriginal Peoples Survey.  Also, a new feedback link has been added to the database so that you can tell us what you think about the site.

Role Model Nomination Call for 2010 is now open
The National Aboriginal Health Organization is looking for First Nations, Inuit and Métis youth between the ages of 13 to 30, who are positive role models for its 2010-11 program.
