Perfect for artists and those organizations who wish to reach a wider (and therefore less-targeted) audience! Limited locked storage space will be available to exhibitors in foyer locations. Tuesday November 24, 2009 Wednesday November 25, 2009 Thursday November 26, 2009 Tear-down: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Thursday November 26, 2009 Exhibitor Passport Program An optional program for Organization Exhibitors, the Passport Program involves a special Exhibitor sheet for delegates, which they must bring to your booth for authorization prior to submitting their raffle tickets for chances to win prizes. There is no additional fee for this option, however you must donate a raffle prize with a minimum value of $35.00, and guarantee that your booth will be staffed during all viewing times (stated above). Your raffle prize could be organizational promotional materials, gift certificates or other items with a minimum $35 value. Your organization will be recognized for your donation as items are raffled off. Exhibitor Floor Plans Three maps of exhibitor locations are available, showing the foyer locations in both the Crowne Plaza and the Ottawa Marriott, and the Grand Salon options in the Crowne Plaza. Please note that all conference plenary sessions will be held in the International Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza, and break-out sessions will be held in the Lower Lobby meeting rooms of the Ottawa Marriott. Exhibitor Registration Exhibitor registration opens on Wednesday September 2, 2009. Please review the Exhibitor Floor Plans and choose your preferred locations prior to beginning the on-line registration process. Booth locations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
